Description
Aged in demi-muid barrels, this cuvée comes from a south-facing clos of three hectares. It is situated high on the slope and exposed to strong winds, which tend to give healthy, thick-skinned grapes. The nose is quite complex, with pineapple, quince, peach and ripe lemon notes. The palate comes in with wet-stone freshness and notes of grapefruit. There is a lovely texture and freshness here, given by the ageing and site location.
