Description

This is made from just over half of the estate’s 2.15 hectares in Fourchaume, from vines that are 50-60 years old. It manages to retain the density and earthy spice of Fourchaume without ever falling into exotic-fruit territory. The mid-palate is wrapped in a cashmere-textured fruit, and there’s a surprisingly mineral finish.
