Description

This cuvée is from young vines and the lower slopes of the prized Les Quarts parcel. The attack is generous and quite rounded, reflecting the deeper soils. It has real bounce and energy, too, with remarkable length that comes from its zesty, saline minerals. This wine is made with minimal SO2 additions, under the Brets’ Zen regime, this year.
