Description

An early ripening, south-facing vineyard, the picking date is always crucial here. This too is made entirely in foudre to retain fruit freshness and purity. The nose offers fresh tropical fruits underlined with a lemon freshness. There is a lovely salinity on the palate alongside wet stones, balanced with creamy fruit and sweet flowers; it’s a good combination. There is good length and complexity here.
