Allen Meadows 88-91/100

A classic Meursault nose of acacia blossom, hazelnut, and white orchard fruit is trimmed in just enough wood to mention. I very much like the intensity and mouthfeel of the medium-weight flavours, which flash evident minerality on the sappy, more complex, and lingering finish. This is not a refined example of the vineyard, but it doesn’t lack character.
