Description

The “Le Feu” single vineyard cuvée was once Dominique’s most prized vineyard. Made in tiny quantities and exclusively from Gringet, this is a beautifully made wine featuring a delightful bouquet of white flowers and Jasmine. The immensely complex palate displays notes of dried almond skin, red apple, and hints of quince alongside perfectly tuned acidity. There’s an almost oily texture and a very satisfying lick of salinity which reverberates on the extremely long-lasting finish. This is a jewel from the Savoie and very much worth having in your cellar.
