Here, too, there is a lovely spiciness to the ripe and fresh aromas of plum, black raspberry, and a hint of warmth earth. The medium-bodied flavours have both good volume and mid-palate density and flash good power on the overtly rustic, moderately austere, and robust finale. This is very much old school in style, and at least moderate patience will be necessary.
