Brothers Benoît and Jean-Baptiste Bachelet are renowned for producing some of the finest and most complex expressions of white Burgundy. The stellar 2022 vintage has produced a wine of concentration, weight and complexity.

Rich stone fruit and ripe citrus combine with hints of oatmeal and vanilla, giving a wine of discreet power that is tempered by a sizzling finish. Pair with a roast poulet de Bresse or Epoisses cheese.

Chassagne-Montrachet

When it comes to the world's greatest white wines, the border between Chassagne and Puligny is the treasure at the end of the rainbow. Within a few hundred metres lie five wonderful Grands Crus, three of which are in Chassagne. They are led by the luscious Le Montrachet, to which Chassagne gained permission in 1879, along with Puligny, to hyphenate its name.
