Description

The domaine bought 3.8 hectares in Moulin-à-Vent in 2018. The vines are planted on sandy soils. Harvest started on 28th August; the lighter soils were causing the acidity to fall sharply. One part was made with whole bunches, another using unbroken whole berries for carbonic maceration. The blended result has lifted, fresh red fruit and an appealing mocha note.
