Description

Concentration builds nicely on the palate here, and there is a purity that you don’t always get in this vineyard. The vines’ favourable proximity to the Combe de Lavaux helps avoid over-ripeness in warmer years and preserves a wonderful acidity throughout. There is a nice mineral aspect with a beautiful floral lift too. There is 30% whole-bunch and 30% new oak.
