Description

This comes from 0.35 hectares from two small parcels situated just under the Grand Cru of Mazis-Chambertin. The palate is very concentrated but without being overtly so. This leans more into the darker fruits with its light signature spice. There is 60% whole-bunch and 30% new oak this year.
