Description
Dominique uses whole bunches for 50% of this Premier Cru bottling of Epenottes. There is darker fruit combined with some underlying spice, all rounded off with some grip in the palate.

Critics reviews
50% whole bunch vinification. Concentrated dark purple, very little bouquet as yet, but a delicious graceful dark red fruit some cherries too, and notably more persistent than the Lurets. Extremely stylish wine with some depth but nothing has been forced.
