Description
This is from two parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin. The fruit was entirely de-stemmed, and ageing is for 16 months in 50% new oak. This has very expressive, bright and lifted red cherry and raspberry notes. The palate is weighty and medium to full bodied, the tannins grippy but nicely enveloped by red fruits.
