Description

This wine comes from a north-facing 1.5-hectare plot at 250 metres’ altitude. There is great purity on the nose, with fresh citrus fruits alongside floral honey. The palate has good linearity, with notes of wax and ripe citrus.

Firm reduction renders the nose unreadable. More interesting are the refined and super-saline, if not especially dense, flavours that display fine depth and persistence on the balanced and refreshing finish. Lovely and understated.
