The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel from their eight hectares of vine. Simple green apple and gooseberry scents on the nose with just a touch of bell pepper. The palate offers sour lemon on the entry, well-balanced but unapologetically straightforward in style.
