Description
The fruit comes from five lieux-dits to the north of Meursault. Fleshy, yellow apple aromas present on the nose and stone fruit on the palate. It has an excellent texture of peaches and cream. The acidity is bright and it feels very precise. This is well made, modern Bourgogne Blanc and offers immediate pleasure.

The 2022 Bourgogne Blanc has a fragrant floral bouquet. The palate is well-balanced, with a smooth texture and slightly low acidity but a clean, innocuous finish.
Drink 2023 - 2026
Bottled four days ago. A fresh and pretty colour. Very clean, lively white fruit. Good crisp salinity behind but equally there is enough flesh. A little ripe citrus too.

Bourgogne
In the Burgundy hierarchy, “Bourgogne” denotes the entry level of the classification system. This is a so-called “regional” appellation, theoretically covering the entire vineyard area of Burgundy. This is distinct from the more geographically precise village-level, Premier Cru and Grand Cru designations. The two most common Bourgogne-level wines are Bourgogne Blanc (“White Burgundy”) and Bourgogne Rouge (“Red Burgundy”).
