Description

Thibault considers this his “Premier Cru” of Moulin-à-Vent. The vineyard faces north at the top of the hill, close to the windmill, on pink granite. Most vines are nearly 100 years old. There is a real sense of freshness here, despite the concentration and power of the vintage. It is long and tight, with a juicy tension pushing the finish on.
