The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is a little sweaty on the nose, with lemongrass and enoki mushroom, cilantro, layers of apple skins and brine. There's even a hint of kelp. The wine is concentrated and pure in the mouth, with loads of flavour and structure. Very good.

Pure and rather restrained fruit on the nose. There is a tropical underlay but the core is citrussy – feeling very long and zesty.

Kerosene with citrus, kiwi and herbal grassy aromas. Slightly sweaty, with notes of guava, gooseberry and passionfruit. The palate is much the same but has a slight viscosity and fairly firm driving acidity, which combines nicely to provide a wine with concentration and structure.
