This is made from just over half of their 2.15 hectares in Fourchaume with 50-60-year-old vines. The nose has some warming spice notes as one would expect in Fourchaume, but there is a surprising mineral character too. It has density and breadth with an enveloping, creamy and floral finish.

Clear pale lemon colour. There is quite a chiselled edge to this for Fourchaume. A little fresh plum with some ripe citrus alongside. More sensual behind with very good length.
