The Tollot-Beaut holding is just over a hectare of young vines planted with a very fine and low-yielding selection of Pinot Noir. This gives a surprisingly elegant and concentrated expression of Aloxe. There is a lovely sweetness to the fruit here, along with a vibrant acidity and melting tannins.
