Since the 1960s, Domaine de Vaccelli has pioneered Corsica’s viticultural revival. It is an 18-hectare, organically farmed estate on Ajaccio’s granitic hillsides, home to 50+-year-old Sciaccarellu vines. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel, barriques, and concrete eggs, Vaccelli’s wines are terroir-driven and highly sought after.

The 2021 Granit Rouge, crafted from these ancient vines, delivers notes of black cherry, leather, and sweet spices with a long, tapered, and precise finish. This Corsican gem is a rare treat, with the domaine’s total production limited to fewer than 7,000 cases annually.
