A whiff of mineral reduction can be found in the cool, elegant, and airy aromas of zest, acacia, and exotic tea. The gorgeously textured medium-weight flavours exude evident minerality in the detailed and tension-filled finale, sufficiently tightly wound to promise a decade or more of ageing potential. In a word, excellent.
