The 2021 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru has a well-defined nose, lean but focused with attractive wet stone aromas. The palate is well-balanced with a fine thread of acidity. It is citrus-fresh with a tang of orange rind, livening up the finish. This is a well-crafted Montmains in a tricky vintage.
