Domaine A-F Gros is the marriage of the Gros family, from Vosne-Romanée, and Pommard's Parent family. Currently run by brother and sister Mathias and Caroline, it is one of the most exciting domaines in Burgundy.
Just one barrel was made from this vineyard at the limestone-rich end of Pommard, giving an elegant, floral expression rather than the muscular, rustic archetype. The wine is dense with lots of fruit and plenty of chalky, limestone tannins.
