Description

The fruit for this comes mostly from Bourgogne-classified vineyards in Chambolle, with small contributions from Morey and Premeaux-Prissey. With 50% whole bunch and 15% new oak, the wine exemplifies the purity that is the hallmark of the domaine. Full of bouncing summer fruits.

50% whole bunch vinification. Quite a dark centre to the colour. Despite the relatively early picking date, this clearly has ripe fruit on the darker side. Some tannins at the back but not vegetal, and with adequate acidity.
