Jasper Morris MW 89-92/100

Two barrels only instead of the usual four, and the vine material is an excellent massal selection, so David tried 100% whole bunch vinification which he has never done before - and now knows not to do it again. But he feels that the wine is coming back into balance with longer elevage. The colour is a little more evolved and the bouquet has light vegetal suggestions. A little touch of Mulligatawny. A fair density of alpine strawberry too, but the effect is a little bit raw.
