Our Chianti Classico is made once again by the Stucchi Prinetti family, owners of the historic estate of Badia a Coltibuono. The family is known for its elegant, traditional style of wine. The 2021 vintage is rich and vibrant, with notes of plum, blood orange and dried cranberry, along with a hint of bay leaf. The palate is full of wild strawberry and juicy black cherry notes, supported by a mineral brightness. The tannins are firm yet glossy, making this perfect for a range of dishes, including wood-fired pizza and slow-cooked ragù.
