Description
New this year, this is from certified-organic grapes, purchased from an impeccable source in St Romain. The vines are old, facing east on a steep slope. There’s a pleasing mix of ripeness and freshness: stone-fruit but with tangy citrus touches and sizzling acidity. Fermentation and élevage in used barrels add a little toast while preserving fruit purity.
