Description

This comes from the steep, south-facing, mica-schist soils of the historic Seyssuel vineyards to the north of Côte-Rôtie. This is all about the red fruit: it brims with crunchy redcurrants, red cherries, raspberries and even a hint of red liquorice. Fresh and pure, a touch of bay leaf and sage gives it a further lift.
