Description

This beautiful wine is made by Matthew Fioretti, the winemaker at Cerbaiona. As well as Brunello di Montalcino, Matthew also makes a handful of other wines under his own name, made from indigenous and international varieties. San Vito is one of these, made from pure Merlot. It’s plush and layered, with generous fruit balanced by a firm acidity. A seamless and accomplished expression.
