Cool, pure and earthy aromas are comprised by attractively layered notes of various black berries, plum and soft spice and oak wisps. There is a lovely sense of underlying tension to the detailed and seductively textured middle weight plus flavors that are shaped by dense but fine-grained tannins on the youthfully austere, balanced and length finish. This should age effortlessly over the mid to even longer-term if desired. Drink 2031.
