The 2019 Wachenheimer Schlossberg Riesling trocken opens with a clear, intense and concentrated bouquet of almonds and ripe fruits mirabelles) intertwined with notes of rye bread. Round and charming on the palate, this is a medium-bodied, fine and elegant dry Riesling with texture, ripe acidity and a well-balanced finish. Very elegant and with all the elements in their place.
