From En Mussiot on the limestone plateau above St-Martin-sous-Montaigu. Light lemon colour, with a faint touch of liquorice on the nose, then quite high acidity with green apple notes, a less ripe style of 2019. Late picked because it struggles to ripen, rather a blessing these days.
