Description

InchDairnie Distillery is a recent addition to Scotland’s rich patchwork of whisky producers. Founded in 2015, the distillery integrates modern technology with traditional methods, including a bespoke Lomond still that allows the team here to create distinct, complex flavour profiles. The Ryelaw expression, distilled in 2017, is made from malted rye and barley that was hammer-milled, mashed and outdoor-fermented.
