Griotte by name and by nature: the gorgeous sweet/sour nose of griottes cherries singing from the glass already. Intensity without unwanted sweetness. Succulent and extremely fresh, the tannins remarkably supple for a young wine. All in finesse and length here. No bulging muscles but all sinews and core strength. Builds to a finely chewy compact finish and then lifts to fresh persistence. Fabulous fruit purity. Mouth-watering and moreish. Drink 2025-2040.
