Description

Single vineyard in the north face of Montagne de Reims. This Blanc de Blancs is all about expression and texture, and hits new highs in 2017. The chalk and clay soils give incredible mineral tension, this broad salinity paired with an expansive, deeply complex and rich palate makes or a stunning combination impossible not to be seduced by.

9 months in oak and ceramic, retain energy, terroir character whilst lending characters of exotic spices. Composed and compelling; Yellow peach, golden apple, saffron and jasmin woven through the finest mousse. Bottled July 2018. Disgorged January 2023. 1 gram dosage.
