The chalk and clay soils give incredible mineral tension, this broad salinity paired with an expansive, deeply complex and rich palate makes or a stunning combination impossible not to be seduced by.

9 months in oak and ceramic, retain energy, terroir character whilst lending characters of exotic spices. Composed and compelling; Yellow peach, golden apple, saffron and jasmin woven through the finest mousse. Bottled July 2018. Disgorged January 2023. 1 gram dosage.
