Critics reviews
The best of their 2015s in terms of its gregarious fruit and expressive complexity. Absolutely gorgeous – wonderful beetroot and rhubarb flavours, with a somehow rooty sort of quality – undergrowth, earth and leaf litter. A real stand-out, designed to foil the most ardent doubter!

Dark red with ruby highlights. There is a note of musky, meaty reduction to dark cherry and menthol aromas. Plush and velvety for Nuits-Saint-Georges, with its black and red cherry and raspberry flavours complicated by a whiff of game. It is a wonderfully horizontal, palate-saturating wine with no rough edges. It is in a very ripe style but possesses plenty of energy, and the serious but ripe and fully buffered tannins arrive late to give shape to the extremely long finish. Today, this wine has considerably more texture and sweetness than the Beaux Monts.

A glowing red crimson of medium depth. The bouquet suggests something gorgeous to follow but begins in a reserved fashion. Incredible intensity, quite floral, roses and peonies, then the lusher side of raspberries, but never discordantly plump.
