2015 La Joie: A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Only 4,000 cases were produced. Deep purple-black in colour, inviting nose with dried blackcurrants, ripe cherries and cigar note. A meaty quality with notes of charcuterie complements the nose. The palate is almost full-bodied, filled with energy and vibrant black fruits. The tannic structure is finely grained, and overall, the palate is fresh, finishing with savoury, earthy notes.
2015 La Muse: Composed of 90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec. 3,900 cases were made. Deep garnet-purple colour, engaging, powerful and intense nose filled with cassis, fresh crunchy blueberries and liquorice supported by a line of wild herbs and bitter chocolate. The 2015 La Muse is full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins finishing on a long earthy note.
2015 Le Désir: A blend of 64% Cabernet Franc, 27% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Malbec.2,500 cases were produced.Deep garnet-purple, ferrous nose with notes of black truffles, red currants, blackberries and star anise. Medium-bodied, intense palate with firm, finely-grained tannins. Great length and finesse.
