Description
5-10% fermented and aged five to six months in old barrels, the rest in tank and aged therein for 10-12 months.
Light notes of citrus and cedar, more open and expressive than some. With the rounded texture of that oak-fermented portion determining the overall style though there is no oak flavour. Gentle and creamy but still very fresh on the longish finish.

From domaine fruit.
Here, the fresh and expressive nose exhibits a bit more overt Chablis typicity with its notes of lemon, white flower, iodine and oyster shell. The tighter and more precise medium weight flavors are not quite as complex, but they're more refined and particularly so on the moderately long finale.
Drink from 2019 onward
Bottled two weeks before my visit.
Very pale, bright yellow. The high-pitched lemony nose suggests 2014 more than 2015. Rich, ripe and powerful, showing good stuffing and dusty extract for village wine. Citrus and floral flavours are nicely framed by ripe acidity. It finishes with sneaky length.
