Description

Established by Maison Ferrand, Plantation Rum is known for its diverse range of high-quality rums. Each of these undergoes a dual ageing process, initially maturing in the tropics before seeing further ageing in France. The 9-Year-Old Barbados Rum, a one-off limited edition, highlights the team’s dedication to craftsmanship and innovation. The rum was distilled in 2013 at the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados. It is a blend of column and pot still rums and was tropically aged for eight years in bourbon casks before travelling to France. Here, it underwent maturation in Ferrand casks for one year.
