Tasting note

The nose is bright and breezy, reminiscent of an orchard in early June. Tart, juicy apples take centre stage, uplifted by a dusting of caster sugar and softened by hints of honey and vanilla.

The palate is rich and textural, with an oily chew that envelops sweet cereal and stewed apple, like a bowl of porridge stirred through with orchard fruits and a ribbon of golden honey. The finish is a gentle fade of malt and mellow fruit, tapering off gracefully into a soft, lingering close.
