Critics reviews

Jancis Robinson MW 16.5/20

Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah.

It’s a bit loose, though gentle and fully evolved. Sui generis. Minerally and not hot.

A forward, sexy, even elegant, example of this cuvee which is the style of the vintage), the 2011 Coteaux d’Aix en Provence Alpilles offers up a terrific bouquet of garrigue, lavender, saddle leather and loads of sweet fruit. With a medium to full-bodied, silky, elegant style, this puppy is packed with southern French character, has sweet tannin, and a great finish. It’s drinking great today, but it will keep through 2026.
