The Hine 2010 Cask is an exciting new release, born of a collaboration between Berry Bros. & Rudd and Hine Cognac. One of Cognac’s most esteemed producers, Hine specialises in single-cask expressions. These represent specific vintages and plots and demonstrate a rare delicacy, poise, and elegance amongst the region’s heavyweight styles. Alongside Hine’s cellarmaster Eric Forget, our Spirits Buyer Rob Whitehead has selected a very special cask of 2010 Cognac for this release, which is exclusive to Berry Bros. & Rudd customers. This is a supremely elegant, delicate, poised cognac with notes of peach, citrus and white flowers.
