Plantation Rum, established by Maison Ferrand, is celebrated for its premium rums, sourced from across the globe. This 13-Year-Old Fiji Rum, a limited-edition bottling, showcases the distillery’s expertise in blending and ageing. Plantation’s dual ageing process involves initial maturation in the country of origin, followed by further ageing in France. This rum has been aged for seven years in Fiji, then a further three years in Ferrand casks in France.
