Description
This is yet another scrumptious piece of evidence that Tamdhu is one of the finest Sherry-matured spirits around. Something about the classically Speyside new-make spirit marries so handsomely with rich, dark, ex-Sherry barrels. Especially so with these 250-litre hogsheads, which, at around half the size of traditional Sherry butts, allow for more luscious, chewier spice notes to shine through. This is a magnificent cask.
