The 2008 Dizy Premier Cru Corne Bautray shows a pretty aromatic yet pure and elegant bouquet of ripe fruits on the quite reductive nose. On the palate, this is a steely and salty-mineral Corne Bautray that currently doesn't show any classic brioche flavors or a yeasty/creamy texture. Fascinating and surely with good aging potential. The bottle was disgorged without any dosage just a few hours before I tasted it in April 2018.
