This 19-Year-Old Fiji Rum, a limited-edition bottling, showcases Plantation Rum’s dedication to craftsmanship and innovation. Each rum is aged in its country of origin and France: a dual ageing process that helps to enhance complexity and flavour. The Fiji 19-Year-Old was aged for 17 years in American oak bourbon casks, before being finished for two years in Cognac barrels.
