The 2000 Brut Vintage Cuvée de Réserve Vinothèque is another gorgeous wine from Pol Roger's new Vinothèque program.  It offers up scents of lemon confit, marzipan, burnt sugar, spice and baked apple tart. Rich and creamy, the 2000 has aged impeccably.

A library release with aromas of dried citrus, gunpowder and orange peel. Full-bodied with a dense and intense palate that is rich and flavorful. Layers of fruit, together with spices, lemon curd and peel. Fine bubbles. Drink now.
