Description

Distilled on Loch Lomond's famous straight-neck stills (a design used elsewhere in Scotland only at the Littlemill Distillery prior to its destruction), this dram is an excellent example of concentrated precision. Acacia, honeysuckle, peach blossom, apricots, papaya and a suggestion of Sauternes marmalade from its finishing in a cask of this botrytised Bordeaux. This bottling celebrates the 152nd Royal Open held at the Royal Troon golf course in South Ayrshire.
