Description

Balblair Distillery, located in the Scottish Highlands, is one of the country’s oldest distilleries, established in 1790. Its 31-year-old whisky formed part of the Gordon & MacPhail’s Connoisseur’s Choice range and spent more than three decades quietly maturing in a refilled American hogshead barrel, imparting incomparable flavour complexity.
